Description
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's gpiolib subsystem. A race condition can occur when two drivers simultaneously call the gpiochip_add_data_with_key() function. This timing issue may lead to the system attempting to dereference an uninitialized data structure, resulting in a kernel crash and a Denial of Service (DoS).
Mitigation
Minimal update. May introduce new vulnerabilities or breaking changes.
